AVS Freight Services Inc. is a licensed property broker in Cypress, Texas. We arrange freight. This website is not a product and there is nothing here to sign up for. This page says exactly what the site collects, who else sees it, and how to ask us to remove it. It took effect on 6 September 2026, and it covers this website only — not the records we keep as your broker once we are moving your freight.

The short version

If you read this site and send us nothing, we learn nothing about you. The one way to hand us anything here is the quote form, and what you type into it reaches two places: our own inbox, and the service that runs the form. We set no cookies, we run no analytics, and we do not sell your information.

What we collect

Only what you type into the quote form: your name, your company, your email address, and the details of the load — pick-up, delivery, date, commodity, weight, equipment, and anything you add in the notes. A phone number is optional, and we have one only if you enter it. There is no account to create, nothing to log into, and no profile built about you in the background.

The form does not ask for payment details, a bank account number, a tax number or a password, and you should never send any of those through it. If anyone claiming to be us asks you to change payment details by email, stop and telephone us on the number at the foot of this page.

If you email or call us instead

Every page here invites you to email or telephone us directly, and plenty of people do. Those messages land in our own mailboxes rather than in the quote form, and we keep them the way any business keeps its correspondence — so that the next person you speak to can see what was already agreed. The same request applies: ask us and we will delete what you sent.

What we do not do

Where a quote request goes

The quote form is operated by HubSpot, so your submission reaches HubSpot before it reaches us. HubSpot holds it on our behalf and emails it to our team. That happens only when you press send — reading this page, or any other page on this site, sends HubSpot nothing at all.

HubSpot is a company in its own right, with its own terms governing how it stores what passes through it, and those terms are not ours to change. What we control is what we ask for and what we do with it afterwards, which is everything else on this page.

What our host records

This site is published through GitHub Pages. GitHub logs the IP address of every visitor to every site it hosts, for its own security. That is GitHub's record and not ours: we cannot read those logs, we cannot search them, and we cannot switch them off. It is here because it is true, not because we make any use of it.

How long we keep it, and what it is for

We use a quote request to price your load and to follow it up. We keep it while we are quoting, and afterwards as ordinary business correspondence, so that a conversation you started months ago can be picked up where it stopped. We use it for nothing else.

Asking for a copy, a correction or a deletion

Email cj@avsfreight.com and say what you want. We will send you a copy of the quote request you submitted, fix anything wrong in it, or delete it. Ask in plain words — you need no form and no legal citation, and there is nothing to pay. We are a small company and the person who reads that mailbox is the person who can act on it, so expect a reply from someone who already knows the load you are asking about.

Children

This site is for businesses arranging freight. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from one.

Changes to this page

If what we collect changes, we will change this page and move the date at the top with it. There is no notification list, because we do not keep one.
